I have 20 years of experience in financial management and challenges of change, in both large and small companies. Being a developer of something new, an inspiration for corporate management and a reliable performer of management reporting is what drives me.
Listening, asking questions, analyzing and asking more questions is what I do. I draw the economic process diagram and task field and prepare development proposals based on that. If an accounting firm or system needs to be changed, I will tender for suppliers and make the changes. If needed, I reform the reporting, find out the financing options for the investment and prepare a tax plan. When the business manager runs out of resources, I consult. When he or she has an idea or operating model, I implement.
